Weekend facts
It was really good spending time with the fam yesterday and today...just staying at a hotel and chill is the perfect relaxation. That was a great idea mom, and thank you very much for inviting all of us, "the storm". I wish I had some more time to spend with them, or it's on me that I need to go down south a bit more often to see them. Yeah, i think so.
I was also really happy that Elin was in town, but sad that I didn't get to see her more than over a lunch...how is it that the timing is always bad? She's in town and I was getting out of town. I miss her, but...

And today, after my 2 hour nap (between 2 and 4pm lol) I made some burgers with guacamole, had another beer (yes I drank a whole Carlsberg lol), cleaned the apartment, did some grocery shopping, packed the bag for tomorrows gym classes and now thinking about going to bed...Zzzzz ♥

And just when I was finished calling the phone company I started to bleed nosebleed, great! So now I'm sitting on the ouch with a piece of paper up my nose making faces when I try drinking the beer. I was just windering since last Tuesday I went to bed at 6.30 pm and now I'm about to fall asleep on my couch with the laptop in my knee...wow, how am I supposed to stay awake when I just wanna sleep?
And on the 4th or Feb, I'll go to Malaga, Spain for a 10 day vacation. Oh I can't wait...I'll be home just on time before my birthday, wohoooo! And I'm gettting some local drinks and spanish food, cause we're planning on Theme Spain for the party, lol. Then in April, it will probably be a roadtrip down in Eastern Europe...just a few 'small' things to take care of first, before everything is finalized. Oh I just love planning for being outside Sweden since travelling is da shit, lol.

What a day
Went up at 5.45 am, hit the gym...worked out and then the car didn't start, AGAIN...so I was late for my meeting, which started at 8 am. Then my cell phone freaked out and I couldn't make any out going calls, how great isn't that? Then one of my engineers with a Polish passfort was refused to board the plane to Canada in Frankfurt, Germany cause he didn't had the biometric passport, which allowes him to travel without a VISA; great...now what? Spent 3 hours trying to find someone else who could fly to St-John's in Canada and still haven't found anyone...!!! Then we went to the Body Attack class and now my legs are sore and my chest is aching...good thing I did chest this morning and we "only" did like 100 push ups tonight...my arms are shaking and my achilles tendons feel like they are gonna snap. Oh and guess what, after 13 hours in -10C degrees, the car decided to start ...just like that. Damn, I'm hatin' on my car one second and the next, I love it...Now I'll eat a mango and drink some apple juice before I hit the shower. A looooot of complaints from my side today, lol ♥

Every Friday you can say; TGIF...but this Friday was like: Oh no, it's Friday. Why? I've been working the whole weekend, 9 am to 4 pm both Saturday and Sunday, and tomorrow it's Monday and the new week of work starts...not fun at all.

But at least we went out last night for dinner and a lot of cocktails, lol. Kinda tired this morning and my head was banging...but managed to be at work on time, lol. Then after we left the office, I went to wash my car...OMG, before it was dark grey of all salf on the roads. Now it's sll shiny back...I could have the nicest car driving the G'burg roads now, lol. Damn, my laundry time starts now...crap!

Finally we saw Avatar 3D, it only took us like 3 weeks to book it, lol. It's not so easy when you have to coordinate 9 ppl who will go @ the same time and good seats next to each other, after work, which is around 5.30pm...at least.

Bloggin' with the iPhone
...is not working as I want it to, so I'm thinking of changing blog, to blogger.com for which there is an app to the iPhone. That would make it so much easier to blog, instead of sending an MMS from the phone. But I tried that with the iPhone and it didn't work, however it did work with my old LG phone...hmmm...Come on, either blogg.se has to create an iPhone apps, or I will change!!!
Body attack is da shit
Man, I haven't been this tired in a loooooong time, lol. 1 hour of constant jumping. The music was too fast so you just had to keep your feet going. Nothing like aerobic, well some steps, but way way faster. I'm super hyped now, talking talking and talking, can someone shut me up? lol. Anyways Imma go to this class every Monday...and tomorrow, I'll be sore fo sho´. Ok, gotta eat now, starving...again...♥
I think I know what it is
I had it before and I kinda recognize the feeling. Since I felt "hungry" all the time lately and my upper stomach been hurting, it crossed my mind that it's Dyspepsia (magkatarr) again. Yay, that's just great. I hate when I get that...we'll see how long it lasts this time. Anyways, I'm heading to the Body attack class now with Sofia, Julia, Johan, Micke, Hampus, Andreas and Per...what a combo of ppl in a class like this. I wish was video taping this instead of really taking the class, lol. I'll probably be dead tomorrow, but that's ok =)

Why can't I wake up?
I was supposed to wake up at 7am today, do do the laundry, I had tons of laundry. But no, I wake up at 9.30, missing 2/3's of the laundry time. Gaaah, I'm so tired of myself, why can't I just wake up when the alarm goes off? Or did I forget to put the alarm? hmmm, let's check the cell phone if I did, lol.
Sherlock Holmes
Went to the movies today with my girl Hanna, her baby Lou had to stay home with daddy, so us girls could have a well earned glass of wine before Sherlock Holmes started. It was really nice seeing her, it's been a while and we decided that we need to do stuff a bit more often than every 3rd month or so. It's a done deal!
Jude Law, how hot isn't he? Normally I'm not very find of Brittish accent, but in this movie it was just enough and rather charming. And I love movies like this when they "tell the truth" in the end, so you get the whole picture how everything was connected and not connected. Well, I'm not saying that a voice should explain the whole movie afterwards, it's just the way they end the movie...me like!

Sweating like a pig
After the afro class, which by the way wasn't so much booty shaking today as the other times, I was kinda tired. but it was super fun as always...and then sitting in the sauna made me sweat like a pig, lol. Looked like I came right out the shower sitting there, that much I was sweating. How nice of me to share this with you, I know...You're Welcome! lol. Now I'm home, just had dinner...but I'm still hungry...How can I be? I'm like a black hole...hungry all the time. Oh I just ♥ food...like, who doesn't do that? Perhaps a late night snack...later =)
Afro dance & Sauna
We're heading to the Afro dance in 10 minutes and then gonna sit in the sauna, possible also tan...we'll see. And best thing of the day, someone is putting my Christmas gift on the mail to me today, the bestest one ever! Can't wait, yaaaay! We're not going! So no Metal music for us tonight, lol. Sofia called and asked what I was doing, and I told her I just had something to eat. She asked me if I really wanted to go, and I was "sure"...but then it turned out that none of us really wanted to go. Well, we wanted to go but staying @ home sounded much better, lol. Especially since we're working tomorrow..and work starts at 8am.

Gettin' in shape
Since I haven't worked out anthing the last 2 months, it's time to get things back to what they used to be, before I got all lazy and decided not to work out anymore. Started last week already but now it'a back to lifting weights before work and then trying to do some cardio either on my lunch break or after work. And since I'm working out at the gym in the morning, no more going to sleep at 2 am...I'm way too tired for that. Well, let's see how long this last =)

Flux, Pilates & a Car wash
Since I slept away whole Saturday I had to do something today...btw here are some pics from Saturday! We stayed in @ my place, played Mario Cart and drank beer and Margeritas. But at 3 am, we decided to go out...3.15 we arrived at Nef...which closed in 45 min (at 4 am) so we went all in, lol.

Vic asked me to go on Pilates yesterday so we did. First time I did Pilates and it was ok, almost like yoga but yet not. I guess ou have to try it a couple of times to get a hang of it. And be fore the gym I had to go to the pharmacy to get some stuff...my teeth ar e killing me btw, so Flux was a must. Which by the way reminds me that I have to go to the dentist soon. I really don't want to cause I always end up spending 1 or 2 K since I always have a bunch of cavities and that's my folks, is expensive! Ans while I was out driving, I might as well get my car washed, cause it wasn't black anymore, it was grey from all the salt they put on the roads when it's icy. Since we all got home at 5am this morning, the plan to go to Marstrand blew up, lol. So now we're going to watch a few movies and eat come food and sweets. Fist I'm going to take a walk in the freezing winter snow weather out side, gotta dress warm...really warm! ♥

Snowing like crazy right now...and I love it. Snow everywhere and so bright. Just got home from a night out...Grill Del Mundo then Lounge...and on the way home, 7:ans =) A burger and mashed potatoes. Badminton and 1 arm hurting
After 60min of badminton with Lan, Linda and Kevin my right lower arm is hurting...no I didn't injure myself, I guess the muscles were shocked to see me work out. I haven't been doing anythign for 5 week, and then I mean nada nothing for excercising. Not so good, but I've just been way down and didn't had the strenght to go to the gym. But it's a new year and new times so Imma shape up and get back to my normal working out life...which is 5 times a week at the gym!
Weird menue
Last night there was supposed to be 3 dishes...
But...after the soup we got so full (Ok, it was more food than just a starter, lol) so we skipped the main course. The lamb racks had to stay in the marinade, un cooked. Then 2 hours later we wanted some dessert but was still a bit full so we skipped the chocoalte fondue...only ate the fruit. LOL
Then we went up to my neighbor to welcome 2010 with our bottle of Champagne. Stayed there for a while and then we were hungry again...good thing we still had the lamb racks, lol. So, at 1am we started to cook the main course. That was a very good late night snack, don't you think?
