Promisses is promisses, right?

I was cold so I thought I'd take a bath...I took a bath, fell asleep (in almost boiling water, too waarm water)...woke up and was all dizzy. Washed my hair and almost fell cause I was so dizzy and warm...and now super red in my face and soooo warm, Good job Mar! as my dear friend Jenn would have said. Which reminds me, I gotta call her and wish her a HAPPY NEW YEAR.

I got a few promissed to myself for 2010...and that is to be a better and happier person and don't turn down so many things. I've been working way too much and haven't been very social at all the last 6 months. And fix my bad foot so perhaps I can start hoopin' again next season cause I miss it way too much. What's life without ballin'? I will also try to travel more...if that's even possible? Oh hells yeah it is!

SUMMARY: Life is too short for wasting it!

Travels 2010

Was just thinking of where I should go during 2010...and I will def go to: Spain, USA, France, Italy, Portugal and some other long distant trip. How about Australia & New Zeeland, Japan or Brazil? I better start saving even more if I should afford all this, lol. ♥

Heated floor

When I'm changing my floor in my crib I'm definitley putting in heat under my floor in my entire apartment. It's freaking cold and my feet are like two ice blocks. Do I really need to wear UGG's inside? The answer to that right now is yes, brrrrr!

And when I'm doing the floor I will also put in new closets in the hall...and putting in new tile in the bathroom, getting rid of the bath tub. Dark brown big tile on the floor and white walls. I wanna do it now!!! But the floor in my living room, my girl Sofia have to help me with...and then my dad will have the honor to help me...again, lol. Then I'm waiting for Kristofer to come home from Cali so he can do my bathroom, yaaaay! Good thing there is good friends and family ♥

Painting em' black

Since it's soon New Years all nail salons are fully booked on the times when I can. I really need to have a re-visit to fix em', but now I'm painting em' black. I can't stand looking at ugly nails. Oh and that is the reason why I have fake nails, cause my own ones look terrible.

Food

Running start

My freakin' car didn't start today...AGAIN...when I was about to drive back to G-burg. What's up with that? Same thing happened 3 weeks ago, but I thought it was a one time thing since it has started every day since then...Perhaps it was a bit cols being parked oustide and all. Who know...all I know is I gotta take care of it ASAP, since the 2 last time I was lucky and my dad could some help me and we had to push the car in order for it to start...Man, talk about trouble!!! Finally we pushed it and it started and I drove to Korgbollsvägen (in English that's Basketball street)...yes that is the street name where my girl Lan lives. I went there and had some Vietnamese food. Her brothers friends from Södertälje was there visiting and he cooked for us. That food was yummi...I could eat that all day every day, lol. Oh and we played Wii Mario & Sonic at the Olympic Games...damn that was like a work out, got a bit warm and all, lol. I think I need to get a Wii...

Hungry

How can I be hungry after all this food I've been stuffin my face with the last few days? lol. It's 12.15am, I'm in bed and my stomach is screaming for food...not good!

My girl Jenn called from Canada last night, thinking it was 10.30 pm but it was actually 1.30am...and I was sleeping when she called. Just had a voice mail when I woke up. Man, I can't belive I missed her call. I'm super bummed.

New years

A planner as I am...just realized that I got no plans for New Years...and you gotta have some plans. Good thing there are other friends who doesn't have any special plans either, so we can plan together. For a successfull night, you need delicious food, good friends and Champagne...that's all I know that a New Years eve needs to have. The rest will be easy...cause how can you fail with the all 3 items above, lol.

A lot of food

As every christmas, the day always consists of food, food and food. And every night I'm always thinking that I shouldn't have taken the last piece, but...who can resist food? lol. I even spilled some maionaise on my shirt and had to put it in the washing machine otherwise I think the grease would have stayed permanently. Note that we were not @ home, so I had to borrow a shirt from sis. Nice done Mar!

Merry Christmas

Just woke up and have to get movin'. My grandpa' and my dad's uncle is coming for christmas lunch in 30 minutes and I'm only half ready...waaaaah. I'll update you later about what's going on. Oh, and btw, this is my first christmas in Sweden since 2006 with my folks. I was in Canada in 2007 and Thailand in 2008. So, let's see what this Christmas has to offer ♥

Sleepless @ Linné

Another night I'm having a hard time sleeping. I know I will be dead when I have to go up at 7am tomorrow, but what to do? So I checked some old blog entries and I gotta start writing whole names on persons...cause some letters and events doesn't ring any bells...gosh I can't remember who's who, lol.

40 flights

I did it this year too...having only 2 more flights until freakin' Gold status on Flying Blue. Who does that twice in a row? 2008 and 2009...Why ain't I smart enough to travel with the same Air line in order to get more frequent flyer miles with the same program? Geeez, I'm really tired of myself, did 28 flights with KLM and 12 flights with other airlines this year and still...if I only taken KLM on 2 of those other flights I'd be having a Gold card. Crap!

Game Boy and Super Mario Bros

Just thought how much the time changes...When I was 11 years old, I hardly knew what a computer was. Probably seen one but never paid any attention. I played Tetris on a Game Boy and Super Mario Bros on Nintendo 8-bit.

Remember how you had to blow into the console and on the plastic game discs? lol. Yes, I'm that old, lol. And today's kids, they can install computer games, surf the web, chat...Below a conversation (in Swe) that I just had with my god son, he's 11 years old. Lotus bar

Just got home from Lotus bar...ok it's veeeery close to my house...like 10 meters =) but it a really warm and cosy bar and we had X glasses of champagne...we like! A lot of laughs and smiles. But now I gotta get some sleep, cause tomorrow at 10am we're going shopping for the last christmas gifts shopping. Not sure how that will work since I'm basucally broke...good thing there is such thing as saving accounts and credit cards....ok I can just hear how bad this is...♥

I have nothing to blog  about...or at least nothing fun . Working night and day , always tired and doesn't feel like doin anything...cause I'm tired  and just wanna stay home. New Moon

Yes, so I saw New Moon today...


I never heard about the books or anything until the first move came out. Last year me, Jonathan and Yannick were going to the movies and they couldn't make up their mind and then thought that a "vampire move" would be cool. I wasn't sure that I wanted to be scared in public, lol. But finally they talked me into Twilight...and man, we where up for a surprise...not that type of movie we thought it was, lol. So seeing New Moon really reminded me of last year, and I gotta say that Twilight was a bit better. But this one had more skin in it =)

New favourite

I gotta say that the new familiy member could be the sweetest and cutest I have ever seen. I have been waiting 2 weeks to see this baby and today finally I met baby F. And the hat I bought her, isn't she adorable?



Can't wait until tomorrow when I get to see this cutie again...And we're decorating the Christmas tree, baking some christmas sweets and having a dinner with the whole fam. I couldn't ask for a better weekend than this.

Dinner & Drinks

Swine flu

Yep, just got the vaccine...gonna be interesting to see the side effects...if any...I better cross my fingers. LOL. I wasn't gonna take the vaccine, but since my sistas baby boo is just a week old, I don't wanna risk infecting her when I go home over Christmas (not that I'm sick or so, just wanna b on da safe side), so now it's done! 10 min until our cab would come pick us up at the hotel...we already check out, but did just a lil' more shopping and had to bring our bags from the bag storage (since we already checked out that morning) up to floor level 2, where no guests where stayin'...at least not in these doors which we blocked. PANIC!

As this wasn't crazy enough...our 8 suitcases didn't fit in 1 cab...so we had to wait another 10 minutes for a mini van to come pick us up. Oh, don't worry, we had more bags than whole families had...lol ♥

It's time to show ya'll some pics from my visit to Brooklyn last week. It took 3,5 hour to complete this, I just had a short break between the outer and then filling it up. First I thought that the outer lines hurt as hell, but then...when he started to fill this piece up, that freaking hurt I say, man I don't think I felt that much pain, ever! I was about to tell him to stop after 2 hours, but no, I didn't say a word...just made a lot of hurting faces, haha...ask S and J =)
