MONDAY: Weight training 6.30am-7.30am
                Work 8.00am-11pm

TUESDAY: Cardio 6.30am-7.30am
                Work 8.00am-10pm

WEDNESDAY: Cardio+Weights 6.30am-7.30am
                      Work 9.00am-11.00pm

THURSDAY: Cardio 6.30am-7.30am
                   Work 8.00am-6pm
                   B-day dinner 7.00pm...♥

FRIDAY: Cardio+Weights 6.30am-7.30am
             Work 8.00am-no later than 6pm...
