One of those bright moments

Yesterday I had one of those bright moments in my life, when I'm thinking I must be a blond...(sorry all my blond friends). I started the dish washer at work, put in the tab with the cleaning stuff and pressed start...left the kitchen and when I got back an hour later, I opened the dish washer and saw the tab with the cleaning stuff, unopened laying on top of the knives and forks. Wow, how could not remember to take off the wrapping??? I guess I didn't use my brain when I put it there...you know, one of those bright moments. LOL

After work I went to the fitness gym and did some cardio on the bike, since I'm not allowed to run, and then some strenght before I had to rush and get ready for the basketball game... Me and Sevda went to Leiden to watch the Men's game, ZZ Leiden against the Bluestream Seals.

Ok, so i need a better camera. Taking pictures on a basketball game when on moving object with my old camera, just makes them blurry. But here is at least one... The Seals won over Leiden with 82-80. 

Today I've been at the fysio and got some of that horribel massage on my foot. It freaking hurts like crap. I hope that I can play Saturday, but as it feels right now...doubdtful that I can play :( I asked the fysio what my injury is and it's Plantar Fasciitis http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Plantar_fasciitis This sucks! Any suggestions what to do about this plantar fasciitis? Well, you cannot say stretching...

Now to an episod of Gossip Girls...Humpfrey in jail...you didn't see that one coming huh? :D

Det var plantar facit jag hade i mina fötter i nästan två år. Nu har det dock försvunnit och jag är överlycklig. De du ska göra dock är stötvågsbehandling. De kostar dock ca 700kr per behandling och det krävs nog ca 4-5 behandlingar och det gör väldigt ont i början men sedan blir du av med problemen. Själv gjorde jag ingenting förutom stretch och rehab men det hjälpte ju föga. En tjej jag pratat med gjorde stötvågsbehandling och blev bra. Lycka till!

Glömde säga att du bör skaffa inlägg i skorna dessutom!!!

Tack for tipset, ska till sjukgymnasten imorrn igen och fa san dar otack massage under foten. Gor ont som attans. Ska foresla san dar behandling som du sa. Och pa lordag ska jag till ortopeden och skaffa nya inlagg...
